The apartment is located in the urbanization Arenal Duquesa, which is a newly built apartment complex in the famous Costa del Sol region. In the complex there are four separate swimming pool areas, two paddle tennis courts, beautifully landscaped gardens and a private parking place in the garage under the apartment.
The apartment which is brand new, is located on the ground floor next to the large swimming pool. It is furnished in a modern Scandinavian fashion.
It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 terraces. It is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also all kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen.

The large terrace, almost 60 square meters is located next to the swimming pool. It is perfect for dining, relaxing or just enjoing the views. It is equipped with lounge furniture, dining area, bar-b-que and two sun beds.
This apartment is suited for everybody, golfers, sun-lovers as well as families with children. Families with smaller children can feel safe with the fact that the apartment is within a gated complex with security gards aswell as pool guards. The complex is equipped with electrical gates and has an elevator that takes you from the garage directly to the apartment door.
Within walking distance you will find fantastic blue-flag beaches, Marina de la Duquesa, restaurants, shops, ATM machines, Duquesa Golf club and so on.
